There are few things I love more than enjoying a good book on a laid back summer day. I have always found that life slows down just enough over the summer that I can manage to get a little extra read time in. To escape from stress, I typically read a lot of fiction. However, a self-help book or two always seems to make it to my pile of summer reads.

Self-help books can be a great resource for those with panic disorder or any other anxiety-related condition. Such books can provide valuable information on effective coping techniques and treatment options.  To get you started on some good summer reads, I compiled a list of my favorite top 5 self-help books for panic disorder.

Any self-help books that you would recommend? Share them here or in the forum.
