Exposure Therapy

Exposure therapy is a process in which a person is exposed to feared situations or objects. There are several different kinds of exposure therapy. The process may be done through actual exposure or with visualization, and it may be a quick process (as with intensive exposure) or a gradual one (as with systematic desensitization).
