Eating Disorders and Anxiety Disorders

Studies show a high correlation between anxiety disorders and eating disorders with most studies showing that the anxiety disorder occured before the anxiety disorder. While the two disorders together may complicate treatment, it can be beneficial to understand their comorbidity because complete treatment may mean successful treatment.
