Definition: A kind of psychotherapy that combines two therapeutic approaches: cognitive therapy and behavioral therapy.

With cognitive therapy, people learn how to change or manage thinking patterns.

With behavioral therapy, people learn how to change unwanted or undesirable behaviors.
