Back to Main Article What You've Had to Say In the Site Survey from earlier this year, I asked the question What do you like best about this site and why? Here is how some of you answered: I like this site because it is a comfort to me to be able to talk to other people who have the same problems I do and its interesting to me to hear what other people are going through and to hear what suggestions and support there is for everyone. I like the information. It is easy to understand and it is great to know that others out there do have the same problems. I like the variety of info, and the support from others without a lot of spammers. I have been put on different medications. Your site helps me read and found about side effects and what to watch for. I worked in a pharmacy for 25 years but never took the drugs I dispensed. So your site on meds teaches me more about the drugs and tells me more than my dr. does. The site is a wonderful support to all of us. I may not read everything on it, but there's always something there of interest. I print out a good deal of the info and keep it in a file. It is one of the few serious sites regarding anxiety that I have been able to find. It's awesome! It's a rellef for those who want to know these disorders and/or who need support. It's very informative. I am looking forward to trying the chat room as soon as I upgrade my computer. I like the friendly informal yet informative support, and the way I feel like I am not alone or 'nutty'. I like the bullitin board best, as you can get feedback from many sources. It has very useful information for those of us trying to recover. I especially like the books and information you give. I have read almost everything you have posted and some have been quite helpful. Also, really liked the pen pal list. I have met one person in particular that has really helped me along. We have a lot in common and write almost on a daily basis. When I first got my computer the first thing I looked up were sites on Panic Disorder. I was very lucky at finding this site almost right away. I entered the chat and found myself very welcomed. I enjoy chat the most. Gives me time to share and hopefully help others. Everything, you are doing a wonderful job. Your site has been very helpful and educational for me. Thanks. I like the up to date information and the newsletter because I feel they help me to stay informed. Everything!!!! It is a connection with one site who knows what kind of problem we are suffering. Book and articles information are the best. I don't think I could name one thing I like best. I like all of this site. I have learned more from this site than I have from anything else. This site has been great. Being able to communicate with others affected by PD and anxiety and reading their wisdom and tips. It's informational, about my disorder. It's good to find out facts about medication, and current findings about panic disorder. I also like knowing I'm not alone, and there is help. I like the bulletin board, people really help you there and the Soothing Site of the Day gives me great ideas on my life and how to cope. That's a tough one, because you do such a fantastic job. I very much enjoy the resources -- so many links, so many facets of thise disorder are covered in your material. So, I can't isolate one specific area which I enjoy best. I'd have to say I enjoy your diverse approach. Please, don't change a thing! It gives me comfort knowing that I am not alone because I have no support at home from my family. I like to hear what works for other people.
