Do you use exercise to help with your recovery from panic disorder?
- Yes, I use aerobic exercise (including walking, running, swimming, etc.).
- Yes, I lift weights.
- Yes, I do calisthenics.
- Yes, I do yoga or Pilates.
- Yes, I do martial arts.
- Yes, I do a combination of exercise types.
- I exercise, but it doesn't help with my anxiety.
- I haven't tried exercise to help with anxiety.
- Exercise makes my anxiety/panic worse.
