Has your close friend or family member been diagnosed with panic disorder? If so, your loved one may be faced with many difficult challenges. You may want to help them, but feel uncertain about what you can do. Being patient and empathetic can be beneficial, but there are more steps you can take to help a loved one with panic disorder.
