Stress seems to be a common part of everyday life. Hectic schedules and numerous responsibilities can trigger feelings of stress. High stress levels can often lead to anxiety. Stress has also been known to contribute to sleep disturbances, poor mood, and physical health problems. It can be especially harmful to people who are also deal with an anxiety disorder, such as panic disorder, as it may worsen symptoms.
