Your symptoms and personal struggles with panic disorder can bring on feelings of social isolation. Loneliness can be overwhelming, even more so if you also are experiencing agoraphobia. You may be feeling like others can't understand your fears or your battle with panic and anxiety. However, there are many people who have also been diagnosed with panic disorder and are faced with similar challenges.

At times it can be helpful to connect with others who can relate to your experience. Currently, we have a free support forum for panic disorder, panic attacks, and agoraphobia, where you are encouraged to share your in your progress and offer encouragement to others with similar issues. We also have a Facebook page which helps bring attention and awareness to panic disorder. And now, we are on Twitter, where many discussions about dealing with panic disorder are taking place. Join the conversation on Twitter, login onto our support forum, or check out our Facebook page to start connecting with others who understand and valuable resources regarding your condition.
