It’s thought that about half of all people with panic disorder will develop at least one episode of major depression in their lifetime. The jury is still out as to the exact reasons why these two common disorders so often appear together. Panic Attakcs are the worst thing Ive ever experienced (and ive experienced alot). I’m so scared of having more and even more scared that its something physical that is causing it: thyroid, blood sugar, pancreatitis……and on and on. I just want to feel normal again and this is freaking me out.
