Anxiety disorders are fairly common and have been heavily researched. But, their symptoms often overlap, making it difficult to define your condition. For example, do you know the difference between panic disorder and generalized anxiety disorder? Or, between agoraphobia, social phobia or other phobias? And, sometimes different anxiety disorders can co-exist, making a diagnosis and treatment strategies more complicated.

Hi,
I’m so glad I found this website! I have been diagnosed with panic disorder and OCD. I’ve had OCD since I was a child and panic since I was 20. I also think I have always had social anxiety. By far the panic is the hardest to deal with.
