Spring Cleaning for Better Mental Health

As I watch my daffodils poke through the garden soil, I can’t help but feel a little excited about the natural rebirth that is spring. I find it revitalizing, and I’m energized to begin my spring cleaning rituals. But, I think spring cleaning should not just be about our surroundings. Brighter days bring a better mood, and the perfect opportunity to recommit to better mental health!

Here’s some information and tips to help you start your mental health spring cleaning:
