Discussion: Anxiety about relationshipsOn the Panic/Anxiety Disorders Forum, REL1870 writes, "I got hit by my first big panic attack a month or so after I began a relationship 10 years ago. I don't know why, but it was related to the girl. I'm not sure why this happens, but ever since, every time I try and start a serious relationship, I end up waking up at night, not being able to sleep, having attacks and being overwhelmed by the 'feelings' of 'just got to get out of this relationship.' I just lost another relationship because I can't 'handle' it. Anybody have anything like this?" Please stop by the Forum and share your thoughts and tips.
